The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Two invites you to share your comments with us by participating in the Five-Year Tentative Work Program Public Hearing. The Tentative Work Program for fiscal years July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2023 covers preliminary engineering, right of way acquisition, construction, and public transportation projects for Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Suwannee, Taylor and Union counties and includes Florida Turnpike Enterprise projects in these counties.
There are four ways you can participate:
FDOT will hold two Public Meetings in October to discuss the Tentative Work Program. See the Schedule page.
Come back to this website in mid-October. You will be able to see all of the presentations and maps, submit comments, and directly contact a department representative if needed.
If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, you can use a computer at the local public libraries in the 18 counties during the libraries’ regular operating hours.

Comments will be received through the website and at the public hearings, or you can mail written comments to Mr. Greg Evans, FDOT District Two Secretary, 1109 South Marion Avenue, Mail Station 2000, Lake City, FL 32025-5874 or email them to: Greg.Evans@dot.state.fl.us. Comments must be submitted or postmarked by November 20, 2017 to be a part of the official record.
